Trust is the whole product

Why you can trust Jobak.

A marketplace is only as good as the trust between its members. Here's how we build that trust, and how to recognize it on the platform.

What "Verified" means on Jobak

Before any provider appears publicly on Jobak, they go through a verification process. This includes:

  • Phone number confirmation
  • Profile and bio review
  • Service category and area confirmed
  • Work photos checked (when provided)
  • Identity check by Jobak admin

Providers who fail verification do not appear on the public site. We review every provider personally during our launch phase to keep quality high.

Provider badges, explained

When you see badges on a provider's card or profile, here's what they mean:

Verified

The provider's basic information has been reviewed and confirmed by Jobak.

Photo Verified

The provider has uploaded work photos that have been reviewed.

Trusted

The provider has received 3 or more reviews from real customers.

Experienced

The provider has at least 5 years of experience in their field.

When things go wrong

If a job doesn't go as planned — no-show, poor work, dishonest behavior — submit a complaint. Our admin team reviews every complaint and can:

  • Contact both parties to understand what happened
  • Suspend or remove the provider if needed
  • Help mediate where possible

We can't refund money (we don't take any), but we can stop bad actors from working through Jobak again.

Report a problem

Anyone can report a provider, customer, or review. We take every report seriously.

Email hello@jobak.jo or use the complaint form on your request dashboard.
