By using Jobak (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Jobak is

Jobak is a discovery and verification platform that connects customers with independent service providers and freelancers in Jordan. Jobak is not an employer, contractor, or agent of any provider. Providers are independent.

3. No payment processing

Jobak does not collect, hold, or process payments. Prices, payment methods, timing, and scope are agreed directly between the customer and the provider. Jobak earns no commission on transactions during the launch phase.

4. User obligations

You agree to: provide accurate information; use the Service legally; not impersonate others; not post abusive, false, or misleading content; treat other users with respect.

5. Provider obligations

Providers must: have the legal right to perform services in Jordan; provide accurate information about skills, experience, and areas served; uphold a professional standard; honor commitments to customers.

6. Reviews and reports

Customers may leave honest reviews of completed jobs. Reviews must reflect real experiences. Fake, abusive, or off-topic reviews may be removed. Jobak admin reviews flagged content.

7. Verification

Jobak performs reasonable verification of provider information before publishing profiles. Verification is not a guarantee of quality, qualifications, or outcomes. Customers should use their judgment.

8. Liability

Jobak provides the platform "as is." Jobak is not liable for the conduct, work quality, claims, damages, or disputes between customers and providers. Use the Service at your own discretion.
